Unable to log in using the default domain Dongle-M.local? Please try logging in using your IP address.

Forgot your Web Console password? Select "Forgot Password" when logging in, then double-click the button on Dongle-M to reset your password.

2. How to check the firmware of the Dongle Max and update the firmware?

You can update your device directly in the Web Console - Firmware. Alternatively, enable Automatic Updates, and your device will automatically update when a new version is available.

3. Can I use 2 Dongles with ZHA simultaneously?

No. Users can only add one ZHA integration to Home Assistant (but HA can connect to multiple deCONZ or Zigbee2MQTT instances).

4. Can I run Zigbee2MQTT and ZHA together on the same Dongle Max?

No. Z2M and ZHA are the same protocol (Zigbee). You can use one or the other, or buy a second dongle and use both on separate dongles.

5. Can I use 2 Dongles with ZHA and Zigbee2MQTT on the same machine at the same time?

Yes, you can use two dongles simultaneously. One in ZHA, the other in Z2M, as long as you can uniquely identify them on the USB ports and maintain separate Zigbee channels. ZHA defaults to 15, Z2M defaults to 11.
