The shipment of your parcel
Parcels are generally sent within 1 day of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or DHL courier, depending on your choice, with tracking.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €150. For orders under €150, we offer a variable rate starting at €13.9 for standard shipping.
We also offer express shipping options at an additional cost for those customers who need to receive their orders faster.
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping usually takes between 1-2 business days to
deliver, while express shipping options can be delivered in 1 business day. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on weather
conditions or other factors beyond our control. We advise you to group your items in one order. At the time of shipment you will receive an email
confirming shipment and any type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. In case of an incorrect
or unwanted order, contact us as soon as possible! Please note that by purchasing on our site you automatically accept all the conditions listed below.
The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact our
customer service. We are always available to help you and solve any problem.
Returns
We offer an easy and hassle-free returns policy for our customers. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned products must be new and unused, with all original tags and packaging.
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005), if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to
professional activity, i.e. does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number and SDI code in the order form to Expert4house), has the right to withdraw
from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to info@expert4house.com with:
Mail Subject: Return and Order number
Text: Enter product name/code
refund method: bank Iban + paypal account holder or email.
For the return to be accepted :
a) The maximum useful time for making a return request is 14 days from receipt of the order.
b) the returned item must be perfectly intact and unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered, accompanied by all the original labels
(in case of damage to the packaging by the courier, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the photo attached by email info@expert4house.com)
c) Each returned product must not show signs of wear, damage or any unsuitable condition.
If the Return is Confirmed by Expert4house via email :
a) Send your product to our address "GEFA SRLS, Via Maria 105-111, 03100 Frosinone"
b) The Parcel that arrives in our warehouses is subjected to an integrity assessment* and a refund is subsequently issued only for
products received according to the method previously requested by mail.
Please note that the shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Integrity Assessment :
a) We do not accept returns of items returned after the above time frames. (If the requested return is sent independently without Confirmation from Expert4house ed
beyond the time of the terms indicated above, we may have to return it to the sender and ask to cover the shipping costs)
Remember that the return remains under your responsibility until it is received in our warehouses, therefore make sure you always request the receipt of the return
shipping of your returns to the courier you entrusted.
- Expert4house reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns if the integrity evaluation is negative or the product does not comply with all terms and conditions
provided by the return policy The contract stipulated between Expert4house and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if partial,
of the order by Expert4house, which reserves the right to accept the order.
There may be delays of a few minutes in the product quantity database, therefore we cannot guarantee the assignment of the products ordered at the time of purchase.
- The image of the products offered on the site and on the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and
may differ in color, size or similar characteristics.
Some Accessory Products shown in the figure are to be considered only illustrative. All purchase support information is intended as
simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of each individual product.
The prices indicated are to be understood as excluding VAT and may be subject to change at any time without giving any notice.
The quantities of products available at the time of the order may undergo variations of even a few minutes due to a delay in the database,
therefore we do not guarantee the assignment of the products ordered.
These pre-contractual conditions are considered accepted by the customer at the time of conclusion of the order therefore Expert4house is not
responsible for failure to read the conditions set out below.
