Credit Slips
A credit note will be issued if an invoice contains one or more errors, such as incorrect purchase or unavailable product. A credit note can also
cancel an invoice, allowing you to issue a new one or completely cancel a transaction if it hasn't happened.
Voucher
In the event that an order is incorrect or with missing products, we could proceed, in agreement with the customer, to issue a voucher that we can
use on our site. Vouchers do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.
