Tuya Single Beam Safety Infrared Beam Detector

Light curtain , designed for outdoor applications that consists of a transmitter and a receiver.

The alarm is triggered when the beam between the transmitter and receiver is interrupted.

Active infrared beam interruption sensor , or photoelectric sensors, using

the infrared wave to detect the break. This is a beam active infrared sensor

single that is widely used in many security solutions.

This model has a sharp aesthetic design, mini size for a less intrusive installation and,

using the condensed lens, it can protect up to 8 Meters away.

How to use

This model is made up of IR transmitter and IR receiver each, the working principle

it's very simple: an IR transmitter will emit an invisible infrared beam to the IR receiver without interruption.

Once the beam is broken, the sensor (IR receiver) will send an alarm signal.

Installation

Note that the distance between transmitter and receiver should not be less than 2 meters.

The infrared sensor must be mounted on the wall vertically and in the same parallel position.

You need to install the receiver first, then the transmitter.

When both are in the same parallel position, the Align LED on the receiver will turn off.
