Installation
Installation is very simple: download the Yeelight app from the app store and start the procedure for adding a new device. The button contains the smart functions, allows you to turn the strip on or off, but also allows you to vary all the colors present in the RGB LEDs so that you can have a customized color even without resorting to all the benefits that can be derived from it. app.
Available for both Android and iOS , it allows you to customize all aspects such as: color intensity scene pulsation time programming firmware update starting light and much more. Its use is very simple and intuitive, but perhaps one of the most important settings is the one concerning the "start light" or the parameter that the strip must have every time we turn it on. This is to make sure that if there is a scene or a color that we prefer more than others for a given environment, we don't have to go looking for it every time.
Management with smart assistants: Alexa and Google
Once the strip is paired with the app, it will then be possible to add it to the various assistants such as Alexa, Google and also to Apple Homekit.
Remote management
A peculiarity of the Yeelight solution is the fact that it can be controlled remotely: as long as the light is regularly connected to the home Wi-Fi network and this in turn is connected to the internet, it will be possible for the user to adjust the light. from anywhere (therefore also from outside the Wi-Fi network) simply by accessing the app.
