1. Can't adjust the brightness of the button backlight?

You can adjust the backlight brightness only when the channel is off.

2. For multi-channel products, when the bulb of channel A is on, why does the bulb of channel B, which is in the off state, light up dimly or flash?

This problem is also caused by poor or incompatible bulbs. It can be caused by either the channel A bulb or the channel B bulb, with the latter being more likely.

3. How to reset the switch?

Reset your device to factory settings in one of two ways: select “Delete Device” in the eWeLink app, or press and hold the device button for 5 seconds.
