Who can create a Business account?
VAT- registered individuals purchasing for business purposes can register as a Company/Professional . During registration, we require your company name , P.IVA , billing address , and electronic invoicing information (PEC or Recipient Code). We may perform an automatic VIES verification.
Benefits for companies
We offer business customers special price lists , quantity discounts , personalized quotes, and technical/commercial support. Prices on the Site are expressed in Euros; unless otherwise indicated, they exclude VAT . For specific EU tax regimes, please contact us before ordering.
EU customers with VAT (VIES): VAT-free invoicing
If you are a company established in another European Union member state and your P.IVA is registered with VIES , enter it in the "VAT Number" field of the billing address . Our system automatically checks: if the result is valid and the shipment is to your EU country (not Italy), the order will be invoiced without Italian VAT (intra-Community transaction with reverse charge at your expense). If P.IVA is invalid on VIES, there are discrepancies between the P.IVA country and the delivery/invoicing country, or delivery to Italy , Italian VAT will be applied according to the law. We may request manual verification or additional documents (e.g., VAT certificate ) before confirming VAT-free invoicing. If an order was paid with VAT and the P.IVA is subsequently found to be valid with intra-Community requirements met, we will issue a credit note and re-invoice without VAT after the administrative checks.
Outside the EU: For shipments to countries outside the EU, VAT is exempt from exports; any duties/taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders and payments
Accepted methods: Cards (with Strong Customer Authentication – SCA), PayPal , bank transfer (currency transfer – IBAN on request), and, in Italy, cash on delivery with a €3.90 surcharge within the established limits. Payments are processed via certified gateways and may be subject to anti-fraud checks ( PSD2 regulation).
Shipping and deliveries
Italy: SDA courier , 24/48 hours from departure (up to 72 hours for islands/remote areas), €5.90 to your home or €5.40 to a collection point ; free for orders over €100 with SDA standard. Orders confirmed by 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day. Europe/EU: UPS Standard free for orders over € 150. (economy, day-definite) and DHL Express (urgent). You'll receive an email with tracking information when your package is handed over to the courier.
Right of withdrawal (B2B)
The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code and the EU Directive applies to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes other than their professional activity). For purchases with a VAT number, the statutory right of withdrawal is not provided . Your rights in the event of a defective or non-compliant product remain intact (see "Guarantees and DOA" below). If we activate B2B commercial returns upon request, they will be subject to our authorization ( RMA ) and the conditions communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Product damaged on arrival (DOA) and non-conformity
Upon delivery, please check the condition of the package and, if there is any obvious damage, sign with a specific reservation . If the product is dead-on-arrival or non-compliant, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos. We will open a case with the courier or manufacturer and provide the replacement/assistance procedure.
Guarantees (B2B)
For business customers, the rules of the Italian Civil Code on sales between professionals apply: warranty for defects in the item sold and defects that render it unfit for use or significantly reduce its value. The defect must be reported to the seller within 8 days of discovery , and the action is subject to a statute of limitations of one year from delivery , unless otherwise provided by law or contract. Any commercial manufacturer warranties remain applicable according to their respective terms.
Compatibility and installation (home automation/electronics)
Before purchasing, check compatibility (Wi-Fi/Zigbee/protocols, loads/power supply, usage environment) and system requirements . 230V devices must be installed by qualified personnel in compliance with standards and manuals. Integrations with third-party apps/services are subject to their terms, policies, and availability.
WEEE and batteries
WEEE regulations apply to the end-of-life of electrical/electronic equipment. For professional users, collection may require dedicated services through authorized operators; contact us for information and, if applicable, to arrange one-for-one collection upon purchase of equivalent WEEE.
Geoblocking and delivery areas
We guarantee non-discriminatory access based on nationality or residence, as per Regulation (EU) 2018/302. Shipping restrictions and fees may vary depending on the destination.
Privacy and security
