Yes. This model can function both as an external siren connected to a compatible control panel, or as a standalone alarm unit by directly connecting compatible wireless accessories. It supports up to 20 wireless sensors, 2 wired zones, and up to 5 remote controls.
Press and hold the setup button until the siren beeps once and the LED flashes once, then release the button and press the remote control once. If the learning is successful, the siren confirms with two beeps. If no signal is received, it automatically switches off after about 10 seconds.
A common cause is a disabled PIR mode. The PIR function is controlled via the dedicated jumper: with JP5 inserted, infrared detection is active; with JP5 not inserted, it is disabled. Here too, a new power cycle is required after changing the setting.
Yes. The alarm duration is configurable via jumpers: 5 minutes without jumper on JP1, 1 minute with jumper between pins 1 and 2, 3 minutes with jumper between pins 2 and 3. After changing this setting, the device must be rebooted.
