No. After connecting to the power supply, the device enters a 180-second warm-up phase. During this time, the display shows a countdown and the detector does not yet have any detection functions. Once this time is up, it enters normal monitoring mode.
Yes. Under normal conditions, after preheating, the display shows “0” when it does not detect significant gas or CO concentrations. It instead shows the actual value when the CO exceeds 20 ppm or when the combustible gas exceeds 4% LEL (2000 ppm).
Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth is turned on. Then, press and hold the TEST button for 15 seconds until the green LED flashes rapidly, open Smart Life, and add the device using the wizard.
False alarms can be caused by perfumes, paints, solvents, detergents, aerosols, alcohol, hair spray, and other volatile compounds. Dust and dirt on the vents can also affect the sensor. In these cases, it's a good idea to ventilate the room well and clean the detector.
Yes. In a gas alarm state, pressing the TEST button activates silence for 10 minutes. In a CO alarm state, silence is available for 10 minutes when the CO concentration is between 100 and 200 ppm; if the CO exceeds 300 ppm, silence is immediately canceled.
“Err” indicates a sensor failure. In this condition, the device no longer provides normal detection and alarm functions and must be replaced or serviced.
Check that the electrical connection is correct and that the polarity is correct: white wire positive, black wire negative. The valve operates with a DC 9-12V pulse command; an incorrect connection or incorrect voltage may prevent it from working.
The solenoid valve does not reopen on its own. After checking and eliminating the cause of the problem, it can be reopened by manually resetting it by pulling the red knob. The manual recommends doing this only after checking the system and restoring safe conditions.
