      Sonoff S26R2ZB Smart Smart socket characterized by the use of Zigbee connectivity.

      You can manage the Sonoff S26R2ZB Zigbee socket using the eWeLink app, inheriting all the features common to the entire range:

      Work as a range extender: S26R2ZB can work as a ZigBee router to transmit the signal between devices. You don't need to worry about the offline problem caused by the long distance.

      Adopting Zigbee connectivity for the Sonoff S26R2ZB socket brings at least a couple of interesting features.

      The Sonoff S26R2ZB socket can act as a router in the Zigbee mesh network of which it is a part, effectively extending it.

      I believe it is a little bit premature to ask about the opinion for the product the same day the parcel has been picked up. I can only say the device has been installed without any issues. Pairing with HomeAssistant using ZHA has happened without any problem (I'm using the SkyConnect Zigbee coordinator). So far it works. Bang for bucks ratio seems reasonable as well.

      Ho deciso di provarla con Home Assistant e l'integrazione nativa ZHA. Installazione semplicissima, ed è' stata vista immediatamente da HA, con una configurazione pressochè nulla. Come presa smart sembra funzionare a dovere. Adesso sto cercando di capire se effettivamente fa da ponte ZigBee cordinator per i dispositivi remoti. Ho letto pareri discordanti su questa sua funzionalità. probabilmente dovrò rimettere Phoscon in HA per verificare il mesh Zigbee e vedere se effettivamente fa da coordinator. In passato avevo usato un'altra presa Smart ZigBee cinese con presunte capacità di bridge-coordinator, ma poi ho scoperto che in realtà quelle funzionalità non erano implementate nel firmware. Cercherò di capire come si comporta la Sonoff S26R2ZB
