The Sonoff SNZB-06P24 is a smart human presence sensor with 24GHz mmWave radar technology, designed to detect the real presence of people even when they remain still, sit or make very slight movements. Unlike traditional PIR sensors, it does not simply detect passage, but monitors the occupancy of the room more precisely, reducing missed detections and unwanted activations. Thanks to the Zigbee 3.0 connection and the integrated light sensor , it allows you to create intelligent automations to turn lights and devices on or off based on the presence and brightness of the room. It is ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, offices, corridors and internal environments where you want more stable, convenient and efficient automatic control. For smart operation, a compatible Zigbee hub is required.
24GHz radar for more precise presence detection than PIR sensors
The Sonoff SNZB-06P24 uses a 24GHz radar to detect human presence more accurately than traditional PIR sensors. This technology can recognize even very subtle movements, such as small gestures, changes in posture, or the presence of a person sitting on the sofa, reducing the risk of missed detections. Unlike a common PIR sensor, which may miss a nearly stationary person, the 24GHz radar continuously monitors the environment more steadily. This allows automations, such as room lighting, to remain active until a real presence is detected in the monitored area. Note: Breathing detection is designed to improve the sensor's sensitivity in everyday activities, but is not suitable for reliably monitoring a sleeping person.
Independent and customizable detection zones
The Sonoff SNZB-06P24 allows you to manage the detection area more precisely thanks to 7 independent zones . Unwanted zones can be deactivated individually, so the sensor better adapts to the room layout and reduces the risk of false alarms . Detection covers a distance of up to 4 meters , while for a completely still person, with their chest facing the device, the accuracy remains high within approximately 3 meters . This function allows you to concentrate detection only in the areas that are actually useful, avoiding activations caused by lateral zones or parts of the room that should not trigger automations.
Automatically learns interference and detects only what matters
When detection calibration is enabled, the Sonoff SNZB-06P24 automatically learns the motion patterns of interfering objects in the detection area and filters them out. This helps accurately reduce false alarms caused by common household sources, such as appliances and water pipes, improving detection accuracy and providing a more stable and reliable experience.

With active calibration , the Sonoff SNZB-06P24 recognizes interference in the environment and automatically filters it out. Before calibration, false alarms may occur frequently , but after calibration, the sensor eliminates interference and offers more accurate, stable, and reliable detection.

Configuration and installation
Easy 4-step setup via eWeLink app
The Sonoff SNZB-06P24 is easily set up via the eWeLink app . After downloading the app, simply scan the QR code , select the added Zigbee hub , and wait for the gateway to detect the device. A compatible Zigbee hub is required for use.

The SNZB-06P24 accurately detects subtle human movements (chest expansion during breathing, small limb movements such as the hands). For a completely still person, detection works best within 3 meters of the device. The device cannot accurately detect a sleeping person.
The device's anti-interference capability comes from the precision of the 24 GHz mmWave radar and the Detection Calibration function. Detection Calibration accurately filters out fixed-position sources of interference in the detection area, such as household appliances, water pipes, and large metal surfaces. If an interference source changes location, Detection Calibration must be performed again. The SNZB-06P24 cannot directly filter out interference caused by pets—you can avoid areas where pets are active by adjusting the sensor upward.
Different sensor orientations may cause inconsistent brightness readings. Please correct the sensor orientation and use the calibration function to adjust the brightness.
Third-party ecosystem users can connect to the eWeLink app via Bluetooth to configure advanced settings. The configuration is saved locally on the device and can be changed at any time via eWeLink BLE Setup. Scan the QR code on the product with the eWeLink app, select eWeLink BLE Setup, and follow the on-screen instructions to add the device.
Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the device. Note: This will erase all Zigbee pairing information from the device.
First, exit Zigbee pairing mode on your device. Then, go to the device details page in the app to keep the connection active. When the device is in Bluetooth pairing mode, the blue light stays on.
