The Tuya WiFi smart lock opens the door with 3D facial recognition , palm swipe, fingerprint, password, IC card, app, and mechanical key. Outside, there's a black front panel with a 2MP camera, fingerprint reader, and keypad; inside, there's a panel with a handle, knob, and a 4.5-inch screen that shows who's at the door. When the doorbell rings, a video call arrives on your phone: see who's there, talk to them, and open the door from the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, even from afar. It stores up to 300 users, runs on a 4200 mAh lithium battery, and connects to your 2.4 GHz home WiFi. It fits doors from 50 to 80 mm wide, and the 6068 lock body is included.
All functions: 3D face, palm, video call, apps and remote control
This lock combines the functions of a biometric lock and a video intercom in a single product. It recognizes your 3D face and palm, reads your fingerprint, accepts passwords and IC cards, and opens with the mechanical key in the cylinder. The doorbell on the front initiates a two-way video call on your phone, and you can also open it remotely from the app. A remote control (sold separately) can be used to open it remotely: there are models with a range of 50 m and 300-400 m. It connects to your home router via Wi-Fi, without a hub.
Seven ways to open the door, from the face to the mechanical key
Everyone in the house chooses the most convenient way to enter. With 3D facial recognition , you approach and the door opens without touching anything; with your palm, simply show your hand to the camera. The fingerprint reader opens with a touch, the password is entered on the keypad on the front, and the IC card is placed on the reading area. You can open the door from the app even when you're not home, for example to let a family member in. If needed, there's always the mechanical key , and under the front panel there's a USB-C port for powering the lock with a power bank.
Tuya Smart App: Temporary Passwords, Access Log, and Video Intercom
In the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, you can create temporary passwords , either one-time or with an expiration date, to send to guests, delivery drivers, or cleaners, even when the lock isn't connected to the internet. The access log shows who entered and when, and notifications alert you in real time, even when someone rings the doorbell. When they press the doorbell, a video call opens on your phone with the camera image: answer, speak, and open the door. With the app's automations, opening the door can turn on other Tuya devices in the house, such as the entryway lights.

A presence sensor wakes it up when you approach, and after each opening, it waits a few seconds before reactivating, so it doesn't accidentally open while you're leaving. The semiconductor fingerprint reader recognizes your finger from any angle with a single touch. The lock can store up to 50 profiles , including faces and palms; for more sensitive access, you can request double verification , such as fingerprint and password.
Burglar alarms and anti-spy passwords for peace of mind
The lock protects the door with three alarms : it sounds if someone tries to force it, after five consecutive incorrect attempts, and when the battery is running low, and it alerts you each time. After incorrect attempts, the keypad locks for 90 seconds. If someone lingers in front of the door for a long time, the camera takes a picture of them and displays the image in the app. The anti-sneak password hides the code from anyone who sees it: just enter random numbers before and after the correct one and the lock opens anyway. Useful when entering the code while someone is nearby.
4200mAh lithium battery with emergency USB-C socket
The lock runs on a 7.4V 4200mAh lithium battery , included, which can be recharged with the included USB cable. When the battery voltage drops, a low battery warning sounds each time you open the door, giving you time to recharge. If the battery runs out completely, connect a power bank to the emergency USB-C port under the front panel and open as usual, or use the mechanical key in the Class C cylinder. In standby mode, the presence sensor automatically turns off for a while if it detects too many unattended people, to save battery life.
4.5-inch internal screen to see who's at the door
The inside panel features a 4.5-inch screen : when someone rings, you can see who's outside without opening the door or taking out your phone. Below the screen are the buttons for opening and closing from the inside and the power button; lower down are the handle and knob for locking the door from the inside.
