      “Invisible” human motion sensor for automatic light switching with control unit

      E1-M is the easiest way to have lights that turn on by themselves without visible sensors: thanks to the 5.8 GHz microwave radar , it detects human movement even behind thin non-metallic panels (wood, glass, plastic, acrylic), so you can hide it inside furniture, false ceilings or light walls for a clean and professional result. It is powered by 5V and sends a HIGH/LOW command to the LED control unit/controller (required, also compatible with our Tuya smart controllers): when you pass by, the light turns on immediately and turns off automatically after an adjustable delay (10–300 s). You can also choose the detection distance (0.5–5 m) to perfectly adapt it to the environment. Perfect for closets and walk-in closets, corridors, stairways, bedrooms and passageways , wherever you want comfort, safety and a “wow” effect with a quick and invisible installation.

      Invisible automatic switch-on for lights

      The sensor detects human motion using microwave technology and can be installed hidden behind thin, non-metallic panels (wood, glass, acrylic, plastic), so the lights turn on only when needed, in hallways, entrances, and on furniture. It sends a HIGH/LOW signal to the LED control unit/controller (required) and turns the light off after an adjustable delay , for clean and discreet automation.

      Settings with SET button and LED

      The sensor is configured using the SET button and the LED indicator : the factory default switch-off time is 30 s and the distance is 3 m . With a short press of the SET button you set the delay in cycles ( 10 / 30 / 60 / 180 / 300 s ) and the LED confirms with 1–5 flashes (1=10s, 2=30s, 3=60s, 4=180s, 5=300s). With a long press you set the detection distance to 4 levels ( 5 m / 3 m / 1 m / 0.5 m ) and the LED confirms with the corresponding flashes (1=5m, 2=3m, 3=1m, 4=0.5m). In the event of a power failure, the device automatically restores the saved settings when it is switched back on.

      Compatibility with control units/controllers

      This sensor does not work alone : to turn on the lights it must be connected to a control unit/LED controller . It is compatible with many control units on the market that manage a 5V digital sensor input (TTL) , and can also be used with our Tuya smart controllers (e.g. for stair/corridor lighting). The connection is via a 3-pin plug-in connector (3 wires) : + for the 5V DC power supply, S for the signal ( HIGH = ON / LOW = OFF ) and – for ground/GND . In practice, when the sensor detects presence/movement, it sends the command to the control unit which activates the LED strip or the connected lighting; in stair systems it can also be installed in pairs (high/low) to manage the switching on based on the direction of passage.
